Retail Returns
We`re not a usual retailer, we re a friends club! We care about you and no matter the cause, we do our best to solve any problem! Below are formal conditions, but please don`t hesitate to contact us with ANY question or problem!
Incorrect or Defective Item:
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us, please contact us via a phone, messanger, on-site chat or email within 72 hours of receiving the item.
We will provide you a return label quickly and will replacement the item.
Please note that it is generally considered that an item is eligeble for return if it`s in unused condition, with tags intact and packaging included within 30 days of the order shipment date for a full refund.
Please include a copy of the invoice / packing slip inside the return package for faster processing. On the invoice / packing slip, please denote which item is being returned.
Return / Refund / Exchange Policy:
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
Refunds will be issued for the cost of the return item(s) only. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
We accept returns for refund 30 calendar days after the receiving date.
Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". But againv we`ll try to solve any problem, so please contact us no matter what:)
Please notice that by law, any underwear can`t be returned, unless in a sealed unopen package.
